240ft2
rent period: monthly
I have 2 days a week opening in my south facing office in the Saturn Bulding, across from PCC. Right now I have Tuesday and Friday open. (It might be that or Wednesday and Friday). $200 per day per month, must take 2 days. Possibility of some Saturday space if I’m not using the office.

Front office has a water/tea station with a Berkey filter, fridge and microwave, nice chair for your client and a desk with printer.

Treatment room has electric table with hydraulic lift at head, CoreStones hot stones, towel heater, portable A/C with wall attachment, 2 windows that open, dream LMT sink with extending faucet, vibration bowls and lots of storage. Higher end Hepa air purifiers in each room. I also have selenite and lots of plants to keep the energy clean. Other than the table, everything is only about a year old. Underground reserved parking and internet for practitioners.

The building has free customer parking, ramp entrance, elevator and handicapped bathroom stall in restroom - perfect for more health equity. There is also bike storage with showers and washer and dryer in the building. The treatment rooms are well insulated for noise. There is also a conference room that can be used.

I’ve been a massage and craniosacral therapist for 20 years and love to help newer therapists. I am immune compromised so my clients and I still mask but not a requirement for renter.

Open to massage therapist, energy worker, acupuncturist or other like minded work. Must have proper licensing and insurance. Rental insurance is available through building management.
