This is a lovely 8' X 10" therapy office in a shared suite. We have a waiting room but no office staff. Location is excellent & very convenient. The attached garage has very reasonable rates. We are hoping for a full time renter, but open to part time. I've attached pictures & videos of the room. The room is empty so you can furnish however you like, but I added photos of previous furniture to give you an idea what it looks like.

We have a coffee maker, tea & water in the waiting room. There is a small shared fridge & microwave for all the tenants too.

We also have 2 other larger furnished rooms. They are both used part time, so they are available for rent part time as well. Pictures available upon request.
