We are a fun & lively family-owned business that specializes in healthy prepared meals delivered contact-free to our customers’ homes. We are looking to hire a new team member who can work directly with our leadership team on administrative tasks, kitchen/office management & various project management. This position will be based at our office in our commercial kitchen with some remote work potential.
This is a part time role - Monday - Friday - mornings/afternoons
Support leadership team with various administrative tasks and projects
Manage calendars and schedules for leadership teams
Send invoices, manage inventory for supplies, keep office organized and well-stocked
Manage various building contractors for cleanings, upkeep, supplies
Maintain a well-organized Google Drive with company/employee files
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
Must be 18+ years or older
Must have own smartphone that can operate various apps
Must obtain food handler’s permit within one week of hire
Some prior administrative experience with leadership teams
Some prior experience managing an office
Excellent personal organizational skills
Great communicator and ability to clearly communicate via phone, email, and text
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced small business environment
Eager to learn new skills
Creative problem solver
Experience with GSuite a must
