All My Sons Moving Seattle is currently seeking a closing admin.
We're looking for an admin that has sales experience, detail oriented, responsible, & strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Inbound/ Outbound calls
Sales Oriented
Logistics
Ensure trucks are properly stocked with moving material and equipment for the next day.
Clean and organize trucks as they return from jobs.
Monitor inventory and report any missing or low equipment.
Assist with basic customer inquiries and scheduling.
Support crews with operational questions as needed.
Collect remaining payments from crews at end of day (5PM- 8PM)
Assist with general end of day closing tasks.
Schedule:
Tues-Sat: 2pm- 8pm
Sundays: Open to close
Mon/ Tues: Off
