You must have the ability to multi-task in an office environment, as well as have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and company personnel. As the first point of contact at the dealership, a positive attitude and outgoing personality are a must.
You must be organized.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to "change directions" as needed.
Professional appearance and amazing customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.
Enthusiasm in learning new things.
Ability to priortize duties and ask questions if not clear.
Have own transportation.
Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn various programs are necessary. Previous experience with a multi-line phone system preferred, but no required.
