Local, family operated and in business since 1996, our company is searching for a part time (25-30 hours) customer care representative. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong customer service background and who can be our voice when speaking with our clients. Problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and data entry skills a MUST!! We are in search of someone who wants to provide the utmost in care when not only speaking to our clients but when also acting as a liaison between physician offices and insurance companies.

Hours: Daily: Monday -- Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm- this is a part time position with the possibility of moving to full time.

Previous customer service experience -- preferably in an office setting
Strong computer skills
Solid interpersonal skills
Multi-Tasking -- must be able to work on several projects at one time
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Min typing speed of 60 wpm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in medical/insurance preferred -- will train right candidate
Desire to help -- clients, vendors, other teammates
Duties to include (but not limited to)
New Client Set-ups and follow up
Placing client orders
May include pre- billing processes
Other projects as needed
