The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Project Managers/Estimators with duties such as creating contracts, following up with customers, prepare billings and collections and scheduling.
Job Responsibilities:
• Scheduling through Microsoft outlook calendar
• Enter customer quotes, estimates.
• Maintain project related documents
• Order permits.
• Schedule inspections.
• Follow up with customers.
• Follow up on past due invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.
The preferred candidate will have a strong computer background with MS office products. Experience in the construction industry is preferred. Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required.
Must be able to multi-task.
