YWCA operates over 900 units of permanent housing at fifteen properties throughout King and Snohomish Counties. The Asset Management Department provides centralized services to support management of our permanent housing. This includes coordination of centralized housing applications, plus compliance and reporting for funders and investors. This position ensures all compliance requirements for The Luella Apartments, Somerset, and Victorian Woods (Permanent Housing Communities in Snohomish County) are met. This position also completes Permanent Housing Applications, Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 paperwork, acts as Project Based Section 8 Point of Contact, and maintains critical compliance information, acts as a compliance resource & training for Housing Management staff, and ensures affirmative marketing procedures are followed.
