The Wellspring Employee Assistance Program is one of the leading EAP’s in the Northwest, serving employees and employers in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. We are seeking a full time Triage Specialist to temporarily join a team of engaging professionals dedicated to helping clients get connected to mental health providers. The Triage Specialist identifies appropriate clinical referrals, recruits new therapists into the EAP network, and provides general administrative support to clinical staff. This position requires collaborating closely with team members in a fast-paced environment in order to serve clients with diverse needs and presentations.

Requirements and Essentials:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other social science degree
· 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative position; experience in a mental health environment preferred
· Salary Range: $18.39-$21.45 per hour
· Non-exempt, full time
