Meet Misty, a classy lady with lots of attitude. Showing off her contemporary looks, she is what Classic Rock and blues are all about. Hidden under that beguiling flawless finish beats the heart of a classic Strat…with a few tricks. Misty is a hot Player Series in the truest sense. She has been meticulously hand-built and hand-wired from quality parts sourced from Fender, Musiclily, Bourns, Oak Grigsby, Pure Tone, and other top manufacturers.
Player Series For The Serious Musician
With a solid ash body, Misty features a modern import Fender 2-point bridge and classic wound ceramic pickups. They are backed up by a heavy-duty Oak Grigsby 5-way switch and specially designed electronics. These include smooth volume and tone pots, plus a special ‘tone contour switch’. Pop out the push-pull tone knob and discover a whole new arsenal of tones, yielding nearly limitless sound and tone choices! And there is a handy ‘blender’ pot. Now you have the added options of utilizing neck and bridge pickups together or jamming with all three!
But Misty’s quality and features don’t stop there. Her custom-cut maple neck is smooth and fast, with a mahogany fretboard and comfortable action. Slinky D’Addario XL 10s strings are anchored to the Fender 2-point tremolo bridge carrying tried and true Fender bent saddles. At the other end, pro locking tuners and a true roller string guide let you bend notes all night long while staying in perfect tune.
