This is a rare 1987 rack gear call The Human Clock from Kahler. It is my understanding that it syncs up the tempo of your playing with YOUR playing and adjusts other instruments through MIDI. Typically, you have to put on a click track and play to it, while this does the opposite, and YOU are in control of the tempo...thus the name "Human Clock".
