Emeo is an electric sax based on an actual saxophone. i.e. what you get is basically the barrel of an alto sax with a bunch of electronics inside, which makes it ideal for practicing at 2 am. The fingering is not "like" a saxophone, it is a saxophone.

The electronics are midi, including breath sensitivity, the harder you blow the louder the sound. It works by being attached to your favorite midi application which outputs to speakers or headphones.
