MATERIAL CONDITION
Typically (3) screws approximately 1” from each end of block.
Butcher blocks lightly sealed by seller to prevent warping.
Some blocks have slight camber.
Butcher blocks were uses as part of a sound wall.
Front: 5/8 Staples on second side from 2’x2’ carpet installation of photo side.
Most staples project approximately 1/8”.
Back: Adhesive residue from 2” foam tape over joints.
SITE NOTES
Pick-up is two floors up. Generous outside concrete stairs.
Butcher block next to exterior door at top of stairs.
Two persons required for pick-up. Seller will not assist moving.
Butcher block is installed vertically. Seller will unscrew after sale is complete.
