Hi there- I am a local Portland/Milwaukie based designer and builder of (usually unloaded) speaker cabs for guitarists.
My business is primarily web based (via Reverb.com), and in lieu of having an actual physical store, I figured it couldn't hurt to use Craigslist as a sort of digital storefront for local sales. I can accept payment via paypal/venmo/cashapp, or cash. All 1x12s are adaptable to 1x10 with a free converter installed (just ask)
I began designing and selling cabs a couple years ago after some encouragement from a luthier friend- going into this, I decided I would eschew the typical tolex covered tank, in favor of more "furniture grade" cabs that will look nice as a permanent addition to a living room or studio. That said, there are bands that tour with my cabs, the example the guitarist for Goose used a pair of my cabs at their recent Madison Square Garden shows. I tend to use salvaged/reclaimed hardwoods whenever possible, the only fresh lumber I typically buy is pine. Most of my cabs are signed/numbered and every one is unique to a certain degree, some extremely so.
