Mackie Onyx 1640 mixer. All working except Ch1 sometimes doesn’t work. Master fader broken off. Can be slid with a key. Broken off pan knob on Ch 2 and Tape on Knob broken off. Hole in the metal on the upper left corner.

Everything else is good and working.
