The Sprint ST. Just how I like my sport touring bikes, more sport than touring with, precise handling and a balance of comfort, attractive lines, and of course, it must be reliable.
Triumph’s 1050 engine is infamous for its gobs of torque, exciting and grumbley mid range, topped off by its insane desire to buck you off at the twist of the wrist. The two models that tend to reign in the 1050 best in my opinion are the Tiger Sport and of course the Sprint ST. The ST being the sportier predecessor to the GT, it retains a perfect measure of all the right ingredients. The longer wheelbase over the Speed Triple helps with stability, though its agile frame and nature keep the excitement ever present.
This ST has matching keyed panniers and a topcase, along with an exhilarating Two Brothers exhaust to remind you at all times that you're on something special as you cruise into the sunset.
Along with the physical comfort, you’ll find lots of creature comforts, like a mechanical cruise control, small storage spots, and within the storage compartment, the original tool kit. This bike is in fantastic condition and would make for a great day trip, commuter, or touring bike.
