Z-FLEX gas vent / ducting / chimney adapter, model ZC. All-aluminum construction and appears to be brand-new. 6" interior pipe size on both ends, with 7" collar on one end, so I believe this is meant to adapt a single 6" wall duct pipe to either one of:

(a) 7" single wall pipe, OR
(b) 6" double wall pipe

...but you will know for sure.
