We're looking for smart, ambitious, marketing-focused professionals to join our growing team of consultants. The role of Consultant will partner with our leadership team, designers, writers, and fellow consultants to create proposals, scope projects, manage clients and timelines, collaborate on client deliverables, and contribute to our growing list of offerings. We value drive, intellect, and personality over specific consulting experience.

Consultants work on both client projects and internal projects. Because we're small, consultants will perform a variety of tasks which span from tactical and routine to strategic and complex.

As a Partner Dev Manager, you will be responsible for:
Be the main point of contact for all Azure Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) as their partner lead.
Ensuring Azure ISV Partner workload coverage and capacity for our top customers, specifically: identifying and enabling Azure ISVs to co-sell with our TSI sales team into top accounts, ensuring top Azure workloads (e.g. Core Infrastructure, Security) coverage through a list of 'go-to' ISV partners, working with TSI Sales Leads to scope opportunities and attach partners when appropriate.
Reporting on Azure co-sell pipeline and leads passed through Partner Sales Connect, as well as ensuring all Partner Deals entered land with the right sales leads/teams
Owning and driving a GTM plan with "Go-To" Azure ISVs, inclusive of demand gen, co-sell, etc.
Landing any partner program changes that may impact our partners as they transition their businesses to effectively sell with us in nonprofit, inclusive of licensing changes, marketplace updates, etc.
Social Entrepreneur Accelerator: Work with Ashoka to coordinate work with 2 subsidiaries and land the Accelerator.

The ideal candidate will have:
A solid understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, particularly ISVs.
Technical depth on Microsoft Cloud Platform, specifically Azure and Azure workloads (Azure L200)
Sales experience (either pre-sales technical or direct sales) and experience using Microsoft Sales Tools (MSX)
Analytical skills, reporting and PowerBI knowledge for pipeline and consumption tracking
Demonstrated leadership skills and community building, extensive cross-group coordination both internally and externally
Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
Deals well with ambiguity, identifies systemic approaches to solving problem
