Scion Staffing has been engaged by our client to conduct a high-priority search for a B2B Marketing Copywriter to support their rapidly growing, technology driven company. This full-time position is for immediate hire and is based in our client's office in Westlake (Seattle, WA).
The B2B Marketing Copywriter role makes a big impact by helping to produce campaigns which directly impact the lives of people around the world. Alongside the Marketing team, the B2B Marketing Copywriter is responsible for the messaging, content, and tools to showcase our client's revolutionary product.
You are a copywriting genius. You have 1-3 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or other technology, and are an expert in creating high-quality
You are a self-starter, through and through. You can successfully work autonomously and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You're a strong (and quick) critical thinker. You can quickly understand complex technical capabilities and translate them into easily understood benefits.
You're a team player. You have a track record of engaging, and working closely, with cross-functional teams to keep complicated projects moving forward as smoothly as possible.
You have strong attention to detail and maintain high standards for the quality of the work you produce.
You think big. With a passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics, you are always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve and better your work.
What You'll Do:
Craft product messaging and positioning documents that serves as the keystone for internal and outbound sales assets, marketing programs, web copy, and solution briefs.
Partner with product management and business development to distill key value propositions, talking points, customer communication pieces, and benefits into product messages.
Develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools (case studies, testimonials, white papers, press releases, product videos, demos, how to guides, etc.).
Review all website content, collateral, advertising copies, and other customer-facing documents to ensure consistency of messaging.
Become an expert on your buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria. Create personas, understand segmentations, and be an expert on our client's competitors.
Work with different departments (product management, development, marketing, and sales) to assist in developing and executing launch plans for new products or updates.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of content in marketing communications through rigorous quality control, proofing, and data checking.
This role offers a salary of $55,000 - $67,500 and a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid sick leave, vacation/PTO, paid holidays, continuing education stipend, monthly transportation/parking subsidy, bring-your-dog-to-work Fridays, an incredible office location, and a job you will love!
