When it comes to learning a new language, it's not just about understanding the rules and vocabulary, it's about being able to connect with others through language. As someone who has experienced the challenges of learning a new language firsthand, I understand how frustrating it can be when you're not able to express yourself or be understood. I want to help you with your dreams of learning Spanish and I know the struggle.
I began my digital nomad journey in 2018, leaving for France, where I struggled with a level French I hadn't experienced in my native Colombia. I was frustrated and fearful of mispronunciation, misunderstanding, failing to connect, and missing out on the experience. I did (and you will) benefit from having teachers (like me) to make mistakes with and learn from!
Learning from mistakes is the best way to learn.
As your language instructor, I don't just want to explain the language to you, I want to help you connect with others and feel confident in your ability to communicate. I use a mix of fun activities, apps, media, and lesson plans that I design just for you, so you can learn at your own pace. Learning a new language can be challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding. With my help and guidance, you'll be able to overcome those challenges and make progress towards your language goals.
