employment type: contract

I have a presentation for new small business owners about how to avoid common pitfalls in common business agreements. I need someone with a background in small business litigation to think of a bunch of common business contracts and the main areas worth negotiating for each one. If you can write out some very short stories as examples (each story to fit on a powerpoint slide) that would be helpful as well. This needs to be finished by tomorrow (Monday) afternoon - latest. If you have time today or tomorrow - ideally today - please get in touch with your phone number and background. If you have a sense of what you would like to be paid for this please get in touch.

For example:

Commercial Lease Agreements (rent escalations, additional rent, personal guarantee, good guy clause, assignability, default, notice provisions, right to counterclaim, rt of first refusal)
Employment Contracts (non-compete, non-disclosure, PTO - sick pay laws, jury duty, overtime, vacation, etc.)
Independent Contractor Agreements (IP ownership, dispute resolution, elements of IC status, etc.)
Liability Insurance
E&O Insurance
Business Lines of Credit
Contractor Agreements For Renovating Space
Industry Web Hosting Agreements (IP ownership, domain ownership, legal fees, etc.)
Investor & VC Agreements
Franchise Agreements
Business Purchase Agreements
Marketing/PR/SEO Agreements (Early termination, accountability, jurisdiction, defend/indemnify, etc.)
