I have a presentation for new small business owners about how to avoid common pitfalls in common business agreements. I need someone with a background in small business litigation to think of a bunch of common business contracts and the main areas worth negotiating for each one. If you can write out some very short stories as examples (each story to fit on a powerpoint slide) that would be helpful as well. This needs to be finished by tomorrow (Monday) afternoon - latest. If you have time today or tomorrow - ideally today - please get in touch with your phone number and background. If you have a sense of what you would like to be paid for this please get in touch.
