We have ongoing work and are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right installer.
Type of Work:
-Sheet Vinyl Installations
-LVP & laminate installations
-Carpet install & replacement or stretching
-Hardwood (nail-down and glue-down)
-Demo & prep work
-Baseboards/trim as needed
-Unit turns & residential projects, commercial projects
-Larger renovation projects when requested
Service Area:
-Arlington → Tacoma
Requirements:
-Proven flooring installation experience
-Own tools & reliable transportation
-Professional communication & reliability
-Willing to take before/after photos of completed work
-Licensed, bonded & insured subcontractor
Pay:
-Paid per sq ft (hard surfaces)/ sq yd (carpet)
-Materials are provided or pre-approved by us
Preferred:
-Ability to handle tight timelines
-Availability for recurring projects and flexible scheduling
