Cat was hanging around for 2 weeks on 46th NW between 3rd and 6th . No collar, a nip off of left ear tip. The short time he blessed us with his presence he showed compassion for all the other cats, squirrels and even racoons. pretty brave. His meow was distinctive. a very long sustained ,high pitched voice, so we called him "Siren". I originally thought it was from unoiled pressure washer up the street. Liked being petted, but not picked up so I never was able to get him over to vet to get checked for chip. If you know it's owner, please let them know.
