We are a landscaping company that is a fast-growing business with 500+ βββββ reviews on Google & Yelp. We run multiple crews daily and need a reliable, experienced person to help manage customer communication and scheduling.
What Youβll Be Doing
Answering emails and customer inquiries quickly and professionally
Scheduling jobs and managing daily/weekly calendars
Creating and sending invoices
Following up with leads and existing customers
Handling customer service issues (questions, complaints, updates)
Coordinating with crews and estimators to keep jobs running smoothly
REQUIREMENTS (Must Have)
Landscape industry experience (required β do not apply without this)
Strong customer service experience
Proficient with Excel (tracking, organizing, basic formulas)
Experience using CRM software (Jobber or similar preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and responsive
