Openings for full-time and part-time movers of furniture and accessories at Backdrop Staging, a home staging firm located in Shoreline. Duties include loading, unloading, placing, transporting to and from the warehouse to client locations in the Greater Seattle area. Bring your enthusiasm and positive attitude to one of Seattle's top home staging companies. Pay is $19-$24/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities include:
Assist in the packing of furniture, art, and accessories for projects
Ensure that truck are loaded with necessary items and supplies
Moving of staging furniture/items to and from the warehouse to project location
Ensures that all items are loaded properly and damage free.
Placing furniture based on communication with Project Coordinator
Organizing the warehouse and truck
Ability to drive a 14-foot box truck
Ideal candidate will have the following:
Ability to regularly lift/move 10 lbs, frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and infrequently lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to team lift sofas, chairs, and tables as needed
Punctual, regular and predictable attendance
Organized, flexible, and pro-active
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to work well with fellow team members
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance
Requires valid drivers liscense and clean driving record for at least 2 years
Full-time and part-time position available. Willing to consider seasonal employment for the right candidate. Monday - Friday (8:30 to 4:30) work week, no weekends.
