We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Carpenter/Laborer to support construction and remodeling projects. This position is ideal for individuals with little to some experience who are eager to learn about restaurant tenant improvement projects and grow within the design build industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks
Perform basic carpentry work such as framing, demolition, and material installation
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on-site
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Read basic plans or assist with blueprint interpretation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled carpenters
Requirements:
Ability to lift 20–75 lbs regularly and up to 100+ lbs with assistance
Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with framing, drywall, or finish carpentry
Familiarity with remodeling or construction environments
Compensation & Benefits (Typical):
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
