Driver Responsibilities to include:
1. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
2. Transportation of Goods: Safely drive company vehicles to deliver finished products to customers; pick up supplies as needed.
3. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials carefully to prevent damage, ensuring that items are securely packed/wrapped/strapped for transport.
4. Route Planning: help plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize time and fuel consumption.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery reconciling information within company process software, including delivery receipts.
6. Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients during deliveries, ensuring a positive company image.
7. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform Regular washing and general upkeep.
Checks on vehicles, including scheduled oil changes, tire pressure, and fluid levels; report any maintenance issues immediately.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving. Vehicles are monitored with tracking devices.
Bindery Associate Responsibilities to include:
1. Material Preparation: Prepare and organize materials for transporting; delivery; or to in-house binding process areas as needed. Stacking, sorting, palletizing.
2. Help fill production gaps: Work closely with other production staff when necessary to production and delivery deadlines.
3. Quality Control: Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies immediately.
4. Equipment Operation - WHERE APPLICABLE upon training: Operate bindery machinery (e.g., cutters, folders, stitchers) according to specifications to produce high-quality finished products.
5. Setup, Adjustment and Maintenance where applicable: Set up and adjust machines based on job specifications, ensuring they are functioning correctly before production.
6. Inventory Management: When necessary, monitor and report inventory levels of supplies and customer materials, alerting appropriate staff to placing orders as necessary.
