Current Work Schedule is a 4-day (32 hour) work week, scheduled days to be decided.
Primary Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to daily work orders for residents, and prioritize the service requests to address the most critical issues.
• Conduct daily walk-through of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order; if not, take the appropriate steps for correction.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company standards/checklist.
• Maintain the exterior grounds of the property and conduct seasonal duties.
Essential Skills
• Ability to prioritize work; to draw conclusions and examine alternatives when approaching a maintenance request; and, to consider alternative methods/materials, if the necessary are unavailable.
• Ability to read and comprehend service requests, warning labels and ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff and other property visitors.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel. Salesforce knowledge a plus.
Requirements:
• Experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
