Job Overview
WCCL Systems, LLC is a specialty contractor serving the wastewater industry. We specialize in application of high-performance protective coatings and liners to concrete and metal surfaces for municipalities and commercial projects.
We are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our field crew.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in painting, industrial coatings, sealing applications, concrete coatings, waterproofing, sandblasting, epoxy work. Minimum 2 years' experience.
This is a hands-on position working in industrial and construction environments.
Duties
Assist with surface preparation including grinding, pressure washing, masking, and cleaning
Apply coatings, sealants, epoxies, and protective liners
Operate hand and power tools
Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work alongside supervisors and crew members on active job sites
Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas
Travel to job sites as needed
Qualifications
Painting or industrial coating application
Waterproofing or sealing applications
Concrete repair or construction labor
Sandblasting or surface prep
Experience using sprayers or coating equipment
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass drug test
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments
Ability to work overtime and occasional out-of-town jobs
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
