MCMENAMINS is now hiring for our beautiful Anderson School location in Bothell, WA. We are a family-owned company in Oregon and Washington serving our own handcrafted beer, wine, cider, spirits and coffee alongside good, honest pub fare. The Facilities Coordinator is hands on position that is responsible for the general repairs, maintenance, appearance and the safe and effective operation of interior and exterior areas the property.

- Basic repair and maintenance knowledge and skills
- A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain motor vehicle insurance
- Familiarity with the equipment & tools used in basic maintenance and repair projects
- A flexible schedule and availability including days, weekends, evenings, nights, and holiday availability
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and remain calm under sometimes stressful situations
- Ability to perform physical requirements such as lifting, climbing, using power tools, etc. and work with solvents
- Resurrection of historic buildings and properties in large and small Northwest communities
