This position performs a variety of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition Team in a fast-paced environment. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Recruiting team in filling various job openings including but not limited to seasonal labor, administrative staff, custodial positions, employment services roles, and commercial drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for posting job advertisements, completing on-boarding paperwork, and various other tasks as assigned.
◘ One (1) year experience in a human resources, inside sales, or customer service function
◘ Experience working with ATS (JOBVITE) preferred but not required
◘ Ability to multitask, prioritize, re-prioritize on a consistent basis
