These are special hooks for hanging pictures from a sculpted rail, to prevent damaging the wall with nail holes. Also handy for gallery spaces when you're hanging lots of pictures or want to move your wall art frequently. They are a bit hard to come by and impart a particular look to a space.

Set includes 14 hooks.

Rail hooks were common in older buildings with more fragile plaster walls--which was how I used them before I moved.
