Excellent condition. Mirror-polished razor-sharp edge that can split a strand of hair, which is much better than a factory edge.

This is a German-style 8" chef knife comparable to a Wusthof Classic or Zwilling Professional S. Made in USA by Lamson in Massachusetts with 1.4116 AKA X50CrMoV15 steel.
