Simple floor lamp with 5 plastic shades in various shades of blue and white. The lights can be set to have all 5 on, or 3 (white and light blue), or 2 (dark blue).

Lamp is 4 ft tall from floor to the switch, and then it's 18 inches from the switch to the edge of the lights.

These use regular sized light bulbs.
