This is a Dexter "Connoisseur" model 50 in 10" rebadged as a Sysco Imperial. Made with X50CrMoV15 steel. Handles are made with resin impregnated wood. Excellent condition. Handle has tight scales with no cracks. Freshly sharpened with a mirror-polished razor-sharp edge.

Price is firm. In-person cash transaction only meeting at La Copa Cafe in Loyal Heights.
