My recent paystubs show my gross monthly income ranging from about $5,100 to $7,000 depending on how many extra shifts I pick up. Housing stability is very important to me, and I consistently prioritize rent and household responsibilities.
I want to be upfront about my credit history not being perfect due to unfortunate circumstances in the past. However, my financial situation is now stable, consistently improving, and I am committed to maintaining reliable circumstances moving forward.
I am happy to provide proof of income, references, proof of current consistent rent payments, and any additional information that may help provide peace of mind.
Our 6 year old Cockapoo is house-trained and well cared for. We are responsible pet owners and always respectful of the property we live in.
We are looking for a 2 bedroom but a spacious 1 bedroom will do as well. We will need access to a washer and dryer.
Looking to move in at the end of May 2026 and stay long-term.
