My best friend and I are looking for a pet friendly, multi-family type home to rent, maybe a house with a fully finished basement, duplex  or a big home that’s been converted to two apartments ? something where she has her own space and I have mine but yet we still live together with our 2 kids.  Looking to stay around $4k/month total. In Rainier Beach to Columbia City area. Move date would be April or later (very flexible on move date) We all have full-time, stable jobs.
