‘Spring torch’ 4”——$5.00
Summer blooming heather
In late winter, and early spring this Scotch heather produces brightly colored tips, looking quite 'fiery'. The tips fade in a month, then later in summer the plant is decorated with soft lavender-pink flowers. This bushy heather will be about 12 inches tall and 18" wide in time. Plant in groups of 3 or 5 for a spectacular effect in spring.
Tasmanian Mt. Pepper Plant 1 Gallon —————-$10.00
Tasmannia lanceolata
The Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, or Tasmanian Pepperberry, is a shrub native to the cool temperate woodlands of southeastern Australia and Tasmania. Growing up to 8 feet high and wide, the aromatic leaves and fruits of this plant are cherished as a bushfood spice, used as a replacement for black pepper.
In addition to its edible qualities, the Tasmanian Mountain Pepper is hailed as an ornamental plant having narrow, lanceolate leaves and fire engine red stems and bark. Plants prefer part sun, good drainage, and regular moisture. Tasmanian Mountain Pepper is not particularly drought tolerant.
Cold hardy to zone 7b and above, or to 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
White Knights pearl fuchsia 1 gallon —-$10.00. 4”——-$5.00
Big, huge hardy Fuchsia with much larger and more conspicuous flowers than the similar F. m. ‘Molinae’. To 4′ x 4′ in a season. Continuously blooms from June to frost in rich soil with REGULAR irrigation. This is a thirsty Fuchsia and pairs wonderfully with other thirsty plants as Hydrangeas and Weigela. Large flowers have a sepal and corolla of the same chalk pink. The wood is hardy to about 24ºF and it will freeze to the ground below that. Vigorous regrowth in spring shoots up from the semi-woody framework. Very hardy and recommended for the coldest gardens. Excellent performance on the Oregon coast. Purportedly has some resistance to rabbits but I would not bank on that. Makes a great hedge in full sun to part shade. Excellent on an eastern exposure with afternoon shade. Amend the soil well to enrich for the most vigorous establishment. Excellent in concert with all white flowered Fuchsia ‘Hawkshead’. Hardy in containers. A large plant in full bloom is spectacular.
Salvia Hot Lips 1 gallon $10.00 ——4” $5.00
The Hot Lip Salvia, known as Salvia microphylla ‘Hot Lips’, is a stunning and popular variety of sage highly admired for its vibrant two-toned flowers. This plant, often chosen for its striking appearance and hardy nature, has become a favorite in drought-tolerant gardens, especially in warmer climates. Its tubular blooms are predominantly white with a bold red splash at the tip, creating the “lip” effect that gives the plant its name.
Native to Mexico and the southwestern United States, the Salvia microphylla ‘Hot Lips’ is commonly referred to as Hot Lip Salvia, Hot Lips Sage, or Baby Sage due to its compact size. These names highlight its small leaves and playful, colorful flowers, which resemble lips in their appearance.
Ozothamus’Silver jubilee’
1 Gallon $10.00 ————4” $5.00
Wonderful ever-silver plant for texture and low water environments. Fine silver/steel blue foliage lines very upright wand like stems. Dense shrub to 4′ x 4′ in 4 years. In early summer the tips of the plant are crowned with flat clusters of pink buds that open to tiny white flowers. In time the flowers go to seed and turn a tan hue. Fast growing shrub for full sun and any well drained soil of average to poor fertility. Avoid over amended soils- average native unimproved soils are ideal. Excellent on dry slopes, among other drought adapted plants. Light to little summer water. May be pruned back hard after blooming to resize, refresh the plant. High deer resistance. Flowers remain effective into autumn. This is a truly xeric plant going all summer with no irrigation once established, and looking great. New Zealand.

Senecio Greyii 1 gallon $10.00 ———-4” $5.00
AKA Brachyglottis greyi) One of our absolute favorite ‘ever-silver’ shrubs! Glistening mounds of persistent, felted white foliage with fashionably ‘crimped’ edges…3’ tall and eventually 4-5’ wide (you can keep it smaller), looks great all year. A fine contrast for the shrub garden or the border – also keen in the Mediterranean Garden! Drought tolerant, deer resistant. Yellow daisies in summer (I remove them…but this a personal problem with yellow daisies on an otherwise dignified shrub).
Spirea thunbergii ‘Ogon’
1 gallon $10.00
A glowing beauty in landscape, Spirea thunbergii 'Ogon', commonly known as Mellow Yellow Willow Leaf Spirea, features three season of changing colors. In early spring, pretty, 5-petaled white flowers appear in abundant clusters up and down all the branches. Following the flower show thin, willow-like leaves emerge in a bright golden-yellow color. As the season progresses the leaves become more chartreuse in summer and then turn to lovely orange and pink shades as cooler temperatures arrive in fall. At 4 to 5 feet tall and equally as wide, Mellow Yellow is a wonderful color and texture accent in smaller spaces and home foundation plantings or in groupings or as a natural or trimmed hedge in sunny landscape borders. One of those shrubs that will always have you looking forward to spring!
Hebe rakiense 1 gallon 4” $5.00

Chinese Red Birch———$10.00
Chinese red birch is one of the most exquisite birches in cultivation. Grown for its fabulous peeling trunks, mature trees will shed large sheets of pinkish beige paper-like bark with a white-waxy bloom revealing smooth patches of chestnut brown. This is particularly spectacular when backlit by the setting sun. Although its roots are shallow they do not compete with the other plants under its canopy.
