We are TRULY LOCAL to our farmer's markets, our outlets, and the communities we serve! Striving to offer the freshest products with the highest health benefits, our fields are BEYOND just organic. They are the foundation for raising and feeding our happy, healthy animals. We use no antibiotics or chemicals in our fields or on our animals. The combination of pasturing and the ability of our animals to express themselves naturally results in the tastiest and healthiest eggs, lamb/goats, chicken and beef. We are proud to bring the finest products from our small farm to your family! Sustainable farming practices do not occur overnight. They take time to develop and evolve year after year. Here at DANCING GOATS AND SINGING CHICKENS ORGANIC Farm, our decisions are first centered around the health and well-being of our animals; we make choices to promote a robust and healthy environment for them. Many of our practices have been gleaned from other countries and a study of farming history in our own country. We continue to be life-long learners as animals can be unpredictable!
We are dedicated to farming in a way that focuses on soil, animal and crop health as it is our hope to increase the fertility and vibrancy of our land through our agricultural practices. To this end we are constantly pushing ourselves to be more attentive and educated growers not only focusing on production but taking a longer view as to how our practices will impact the land for many generations to come. In addition to 2 acres in vegetable production and 3 acres in fruits/chestnuts, Β we have 5 acres in pasture that we rotationally graze, allowing our meat birds, goats, sheep, cows and jungle chickens access to fresh forage with plenty of room to roam.
Farm is closed temporarily for family gatherings! Next farm stand day is Wednesday before Thanksgiving 11/26/2025- 7 am to 7 pm . Organic brown Eggs - $ 6 per dozen. Honey π―- $99 per gallon. $30 for quarter gallon. We also have Beeswax, POLLEN, Firewood, Fruit Trees, biochar, veggie Seeds, Cover Crop Seeds, Chicken, Manure, Goats and Sheep, Manure and various other things. Please call before you start driving.

Dancing Goats and Singing Chickens Organic Farm is a 12-acres farm, located near the Nisqually Indian reservation in Yelm, Washington. Its main focus is not on making money, but on educating the children using the PETTING ZOO as a focal point of teaching. With great amount of enthusiasm and passion, the volunteers in the community hold OPEN HOUSE educational events at the farm to share knowledge during workshops on soil fertility, greenhouse construction, solar panels, wind turbines, composting, Hugelculture, honey bees, rain water harvesting, Earthship homes, sustainable living, lowering our foot-print and responsible financial investments. High-school teenagers and college students are welcome to do internships where they will work and learn simultaneously.
