Condition notes (please read and see images):
- Chaise fabric is a bit threadbare in areas
- Minor stains present
- Cushion covers are removable and washable
- The bottoms of the cushions show wear
- The back of the sofa has fading from the sun
IKEA sells replacement cushion covers, so this is an easy refresh if desired. Structurally solid and still comfortable — great option for an apartment, basement, studio, or starter setup.
