The fields north of the House are irrigated by Rill Irrigated (flood). The fields East (11 acres +/-) and West (11 acres +/-) of the House are irrigated by sprinkler irrigation. The Farmland Portion is will be required to provide/supply Irrigation Water (3.8 acres) to the House Portion each year.
