The Skytech 3301P Receiver Box provides wireless programmable thermostatic and timer control of a gas heating fireplace or stove with the simple click of a button. This receiver does NOT operate on batteries. There are three wires that connect to the terminal block on millivolt gas valves. The receiver connects to all standard millivolt valves. It is an earlier model that does exactly the same thing that the newer models do. However, the newer models operate on batteries. We used it for the first year that we installed the gas fireplace stove. That was 13 years ago. The remote thermostat transmitter was accidentally destroyed that first year and this receiver box has been in storage ever since with the expectation that we would eventually purchase a new transmitter. That never happened. If you own a Skytech remote control and have a gas fireplace or stove, and don’t like to have to replace the batteries every year, this is the solution. It is listed on the net for anywhere from $88 to $124 on Amazon. I am asking $60/obo.
