| Our Story | Second Use's ever-changing stock of reclaimed building materials is salvaged locally from homes and commercial spaces slated for remodel or demolition. 1,900 tons of doors, cabinets, windows, lighting, lumber, hardware, furniture, and more are diverted from the landfill each year through our SODO retail outlet. This process provides both a more affordable, sustainable alternative to buying new, and a mechanism for passing on the stories that inhabit the homes and businesses of the Puget Sound region.
