Piroshky Piroshky is seeking an 3rd Kitchen Manager. to join a team of 2 existing manages , Full-Time (5 days/week)
A locally owned bakery since 1992, Piroshky Piroshky has been serving Seattle from its historic Pike Place location for over two decades. In recent years, our company has grown to five locations. Our company continues to expand and grow, and we are seeking creative, passionate, and loyal individuals to join our team.
Our central kitchen is located in Seattle's South Park neighborhood. Here, our team works through out the day - and night, to produce for all our bakeries and wholesale.
*Has a minimum of 2 years of management experience in kitchen setting- specifically wholesale kitchen
*Has experience with the production of a variety of dough- including yeast, puff and laminated dough
*Possesses developed communication skills - both verbal and written
*Has an ability to assess production demand according to level of business
*Desire to be part of a small team of individuals working towards a common goal
*Has a flexible schedule
*Has reliable transportation
*Leading a team of 5-10 individuals working closely and in unison with day shift crew
*Ensuring the execution and fulfillment of bakery delivery orders- evening crew produces and mixes dough
*Evening crew makes pastries for all our bakeries- filling, cutting and molding a variety of pastries
*Stocking carts with orders (pastries) for company delivery drivers
*Training and ongoing coaching of staff
*Ensuring the highest quality of our product
