Full-Time Server & Restaurant Host (Capitol Hill, Seattle)

Key Responsibilities

Server Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle billing and payment processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Host Duties:

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain an organized front-of-house area
• Assist with coordinating seating flow to optimize service efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
