REFYE – contemporary American brasserie with a chef-driven cocktail program. We're looking for a sharp, seasoned bartender who lives and breathes spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and beer. This is not a beginner role: you should be able to build a perfect Sazerac in your sleep and talk guests through our 45-bottle whiskey selection with ease.

• 🍸 Deep spirit knowledge – brown spirits, amari, agave, liqueurs
• 🍷 Wine & beer fluency – by-the-glass suggestions, food pairings
• 🥃 Cocktail craftsmanship – from Daiquiris to house originals; fast, precise, consistent
• 📋 High-volume + fine dining experience (3+ years preferred)
• 🛠️ POS / inventory – Toast familiarity a plus, but not mandatory
