WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Flying Apron's Fremont Retail Cafe is looking for a new Manager! This position would oversee a retail staff of 7-10 individuals. It's essential that this individual have restaurant-level experience in a growing company, time on and off the floor and a love for the numbers in addition to proven success in managing a successful, growing retail operation. This would include: scheduling, product costing, ordering protocols, procedure & policy maintenance, employee relations, customer relations and event management. This is a position for someone who's ready to own a business function, not just work within one.

You are systematic in your execution of tasks; you thrive off of the hustle and buzz that a rockin' retail cafe can provide.
Degree in restaurant management required -or- 2-years proven management experience in a growing casual dining cafe or coffee shop. Weekend availability is required if necessary to make things happen on time. A passion for what we do! We are a gluten-free and plant-based eatery - but - we are here to help everyone eat freely! WHAT THE JOB IS
Purpose: management, operational oversight, procedure and policy maintenance and development, leadership
Shifts & Scheduling: we operate 7-days a week. It's imperative that you be prepared for and pro-active about managing staff, expectations and scheduling to balance your work load and insure that daily operations are covered.
Location: Fremont Neighborhood, Seattle
Hours: the cafe is currently operating 7-days a week, 8a.m.-7p.m.
