We are looking for an experienced Garment Presser who takes pride in their craft, works well with team members, and can perform with both speed and quality.
Position Overview
This role requires strong pressing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and speed standards across all garment types.
Responsibilities
Maintain consistent quality with attention to detail and minimal errors
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Support team members and contribute to smooth production flow
Assist in other areas of production when needed
Qualifications
Experience as a garment presser in a dry cleaning setting
Must work well with team members and communicate effectively
Experience in multiple areas of garment production is preferred, or willingness to learn all areas of the production line
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and making no mistakes
Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve skills
Reliable, honest, and with a strong work ethic
Willing to take feedback positively and apply it to improve performance
In good health and able to handle physical work demands
Disciplined and able to handle daily high-volume production demands and finish on time
Schedule
Six days a week
Work hours are until the production for the day is completed
Compensation
Monthly pay ranges from $3,500 to $5,000, depending on experience, skill level, and production speed
