A simple, straightforward digital dehydrator. Press some buttons for preset temps based on your food, walk away and come back later for delicious dehydrated goodies. I would usually run it over night. It’s low temp (good for preserving nutrients) and well ventilated to dry evenly.
Lightweight but high capacity due to its slim trays that slide out. This is great for large batches so you don’t have to run it multiple times. Stainless steel mesh trays included. (9x Size 13" x 12" with a total drying space of 9.6 sq feet)
I’ve dried all sorts of stuff from salmon jerky, kbbq beef jerky, foraged mushrooms, herbal teas. I would have loved to try fruit leather (they give you plastic form trays included) but I’m sadly letting her go as im no longer able to eat these foods.
It’s well made to last, and pretty quiet compared to others I’ve seen which actually does make a big difference if you’re running it a lot.
