The Opportunity
Infant & Toddler Teacher/ Early Childhood Education
The Evergreen School is currently accepting applications for an Infant/Toddler teacher to work full time in our daycare program. This is a fun, creative, fast-paced job working with infants and toddlers. This is a great opportunity for someone with an Early Childhood Education background looking to work one on one with infants and toddlers. The school seeks candidates who demonstrate a commitment to foster a diverse and inclusive learning community and bring an awareness and responsiveness toward all differences including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, national origin, geography, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, learning styles and marital, parental or economic status.

Essential Job Requirements:
• At least 1+ year experience working in Early Childhood Education
• Associate’s Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- both with parents and children
• Focus on maintaining a safe, well-organized, and fun environment
• Ability to take direction and lead when necessary
• Sensitivity to the needs of infants and toddlers
• Strong passion and desire for working with young children
• Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.
